Learned advocate for the petitioner has drawn my attention to one RTI reply by the District Primary School Council, North 24 Parganas. He has not filed RTI application and without RTI application it is impossible to know what were the information he wanted from the said Council.

In such event this writ application is not entertained. It is dismissed. However, this order will not debar for filing the fresh writ application on the self same cause of action annexing the RTI application. (Abhijit Gangopadhyay, J. )
