Report so submitted be kept with the record.
Report reflects that date has been fixed for evidence on 30th July, 2022 and the case is pending before the learned Judicial Magistrate, 2nd Court, Howrah for execution return of the Warrant of Arrest.
Having regard to the fact that petitioners approached this Court at the stage when investigation of the case was under progress and subsequently, the report reflects that chargesheet has been filed by the investigating agency and charge has
already been framed, I am of the view that no interference is called for at this belated stage.
Accordingly, C.R.R.1080 of 2012 is dismissed. Pending application, if any, is consequently disposed of. Interim order, if any, is hereby vacated.
