1. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits as follows. The petitioners have been falsely implicated in this case. There was an altercation on the previous day between two families which led to the present FIR.

2. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail. She relies on the statement of the 17 year old injured victim girl, the statements of the two other victims and other witnesses. She also refers to the three injury reports. It is alleged that the assault was done on vital parts of the body, like the head using iron rod and knives, resulting in injuries that required stitches for repair.

3. Considering the above and the other incriminating materials available in the case diary, I do not consider

this to be a fit case to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

4. Accordingly, the application for anticipatory bail is rejected.
