Heard the learned counsel appearing for the parties.
Our attention is drawn to the order passed by a coordinate bench of this court on 13th August, 2014, whereby the Tribunal was requested to dispose of the original applications as expeditiously as possible.
Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that in spite of the order dated 13th August, 2014, no progress has been made towards the said applications.
In view thereof, we request the Tribunal to take up the hearing of O.A 2380 of 2014, O.A 2347 of 2014 and O.A 2381 of 2014 on the next date fixed by it and hear the same on day to day basis and to dispose of the same within 31st
December, without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties, unless the situation so demands.
It will be, however, open to the learned Tribunal to prepone the date of hearing already fixed by it.
The parties are directed to bring this order to the notice of the learned Tribunal immediately. All the writ petitions are thus disposed of without any order as to costs.
Urgent photostat copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties upon compliance of all formalities.
