The petitioner complains of alleged inaction on the part of the Tiljala Police Station in respect of a complaint against the private respondents.

The petitioner is a promoter and the private respondents/landlords are stated to have misappropriated sums of money.

This Court finds that the disputes between the petitioner and the private respondents are purely civil in nature and appropriate civil action may be taken up by the parties.

In the meantime, Tiljala Police Station shall complete the investigation into FIR No. 76 of 2015 dated 17th January, 2015 under Sections 420/406/120B of the Indian Penal Code, if not already completed by this time.

The police shall, however, continue to maintain a strict vigil on the petitioner's premises to ensure that there is absolutely no breach of peace in the area. With the aforesaid directions, the instant writ petition shall stand disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.
