In Re: RVW 95 of 2024 This is an application for review of an order dated July 17, 2023 read with July 24, 2024, annexure 'A' and annexure 'B' at pages-13 and 17 to the application respectively.

The contention of the petitioner in this review application is that this Court while passing the order

dated July 17, 2023 read with the next order dated July 24, 2023 directed that the cut-off date for fixing higher pay scale would be from March 6, 2013. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner referring to page-26 from the parent writ petition submits that the effective date should be the next date following the last examination, whereas this Court has directed the effective date being the date of application claiming higher pay scale should be the cut off date. After considering the submissions made on behalf of the parties, it appears to this Court that there is no error apparent on the face of the order under review and if at all there is any error, it may be an error of law or otherwise, the same cannot be gone into by this Court in its review jurisdiction.

Accordingly, this Court finds no merit in the review application.

This review application, RVW 95 of 2024 stands dismissed without any order as to costs.

Accordingly, CAN 1 of 2024 stands disposed of. (Aniruddha Roy, J.)
