We have considered the materials on record. Statements of witnesses recorded under sections 161 Cr.P.C and 164 Cr.P.C show petitioner was present at the place of occurrence and carried bombs. Bombs were hurled at the vehicle driven by the victim. As a result he died. Bail prayer of co-accused has been turned down. In view of the aforesaid circumstances and gravity of the offence, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage.

Accordingly, prayer for bail is rejected.
