(through Video Conference) Mr. Avirup Chatterjee ...for the Petitioner It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that he wishes to withdraw this writ petition with liberty to approach the appropriate Debts Recovery Tribunal for proper reliefs. In view of the aforesaid submission this writ petition being WPA No. 5669 of 2020 stands dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to approach before the appropriate Debts Recovery Tribunal for proper reliefs. Accordingly CAN No. 1 of 2020 is also disposed of. Needless to mention, if the petitioner approaches the Debts Recovery Tribunal, the Debts Recovery Tribunal is directed to adjudicate disputes raised by the petitioner in accordance with law.
