Mr. Debjit Mukherjee, Ms. Susmita Chatterjee, Mr. K. Bhattacharyya ...for the opposite parties Mr. Debjit Mukherjee, learned advocate ensure his appearance virtually for the opposite parties. Mr. K. Bhattacharyya being the junior of Mr. Debjit Mukherjee is physically present and produces a xerox copy of order passed in Title Suit No.287 of 2010/10536 of 2014 decreeing the suit ultimately. It is submitted by Mr. Mukherjee that with the logical decision of the pending suit being reached by the learned court below, the instant revisional application has become infructuous. The impugned order under reference intending to assail relates to an amendment being allowed by the learned court below on 9th March, 2018. The suit having been already logically decided by the learned court below, there lies nothing to be adjudicated upon, consequent to the pending revisional application before this Court.

Accordingly, the instant revisional application stands disposed of as infructuous.

Let xerox copy of the certified copy of this order passed by the learned court below decreeing the suit be kept with the record.
