Without entering into the merit of the same, the instant writ petition is disposed of by directing the Secretary, Law Department being the respondent no.2 herein to consider and dispose of the said application in accordance with law at the earliest but positively within a period of six weeks from the date of communication of this order.

A reasoned order shall be passed and communicated to the petitioner immediately thereafter. 5.

Learned advocate for the petitioner is directed to forward a copy of the application along with all supporting documents to the aforesaid respondent at the time of communicating the order of the Court. 6.

The writ petition stands disposed of.
