1. Affidavit of service filed by the petitioner is taken on record.

2. The petitioner has filed the present application being CAN 1 of 2025 praying for recalling of the order dated 13th June, 2025 wherein, this Court has dismissed the writ application for default.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner overlooked the list of this Court dated 13th June, 2025. Accordingly, he failed to appear before this Court.

4. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the application. This Court finds that sufficient cause has been shown for non-appearance of the learned counsel for the petitioner on the date fixed.

5. Accordingly, the order dated 13th June, 2025 is recalled.

6. WPA 8371 of 2024 is restored in its original file.

7. CAN 1 of 2025 is disposed of.

8. Let the matter appear on 15th December, 2025 under the heading "New Motion".

9. The petitioner is directed to inform the next date of hearing to the respondents and to file affidavit of service on the next date fixed.
