1. Affidavit-of-service filed in Court today be taken on record.

2. The petitioners, working with the respondent no.9 at Bankura, have applied for mutual transfer with one Sachindra Dule, Assistant Primary Teacher of Sundaria Free Primary School, Hasnabad Circle, North 24 Parganas to the Chairman of the West Bengal Board of Primary Education on 4th March, 2024.

3. In those circumstances, the Secretary, West Bengal Board of Primary Education may consider the petitioners' application off line for mutual transfer strictly in accordance with applicable Rules and particularly after ascertaining the willingness of the counter part within a period of two months from date

of receipt of a copy of this order and pass appropriate orders thereon.

4. With the aforesaid directions, the instant writ petition shall stand disposed of.

5. There will be no order as to costs.

6. All parties are directed to act on a server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
