The petitioner submitted a representation on 01.04.2025 to the Superintendent of Police, Paschim Medinipur with copy to the Officer-incharge of Pingla Police Station for conducting a procession of Ram Navami on 6th April, 2025.

So far as the permission relating to procession on 6th April, 2025 is concerned, State is not averse to such

procession being conducted.

So far as the route of the procession and timing is concerned, the petitioner will sit with the Sub-Divisional Police Officer, Pingla and the Officer-incharge of Pingla Police Station and try to arrive at a consensus.

It is clarified that this order is being passed as State has consented for permission, as such, whatever conditions are to be laid down, the same would be streamlined according to the consensus arrived at between the organizers of Sri Ram Navami Uddjapan Samiti, Pingla and the SDPO, Pingla.

With the aforesaid observations, WPA 7621 of 2025 is disposed of.
