1. Report filed by the State indicates that the applicant/petitioner has been complying with the conditions of bail. Let the report be kept with the records.

2. Since the applicant/petitioner has been adhering to the conditions of bail, the conditions requiring him to reside within the Municipal limits of the city of Kolkata and to report to the Officer-in-Charge, Beniapukur Police Station, where he is presently residing, once in a week, are waived. Instead, he is directed to meet the Officer-in-Charge, Special Task Force (STF), Kolkata, once in a month, until further orders.

3. The other conditions of bail shall remain unaltered.

4. The application being IA No: CRAN/2/2024 is accordingly disposed of.
