Mr. Abhishek Sinha Ms. Afreen Begum .....for State Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits as follows. The petitioner is the teacher in a nursing training centre. He was unaware that the nursing centre was fake or fraudulent one. No embezzlement has been alleged, so far as he is concerned. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State relies on the case diary, opposes the prayer and submits as follows. Enquiry with the CMO of the Health of Basirhat Health District reveals that none of the owners of the said training institute including the petitioner is a doctor. There are materials collected and the statements taken that the petitioner and the other were running the fake nursing training centre. There were false advertisements given, false promises made and even false certificates issued. Money receipts have also been seized in this regard.

Considering the alleged involvement of the petitioner in this case and considering the nature of allegations, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, the application for anticipatory bail is rejected. (Jay Sengupta, J.)
