Petitioner seeks relaxation of two conditions of bail granted by the order dated August 10, 2021.

Report submitted in Court be taken on record. The report is not adverse as against the petitioner. The police filed charge-sheet. Charges were framed by the jurisdictional Court and the case stands committed for trial. In such circumstances, it would be appropriate to relax the conditions of bail requiring the petitioner to meet the Officer-inCharge of the police station within the jurisdiction of which he resides once in a fortnight and the other that he shall not leave the district without leave of the Officer-in-Charge. All other conditions of the bail granted on August 10, 2021 will remain the same. Accordingly, the application being CRAN 1 of 2022 is disposed of.
