This is a contempt application under the Contempt of Court's Act, 1971 filed by the petitioners on 2nd May 2003 seeking punishment of the alleged contemnor / respondent for violation of the order dated 13th September, 2002 passed by this Court in W.P. 11648 (W) of 2002. Since the filing of the application, none appeared for the petitioners to press the application.

I feel that the petitioners are no longer interested to proceed with the contempt application on hand. Accordingly, the contempt application is dismissed for non-appearance of the petitioners.

Let this contempt application along with the order passed today be tagged with the main file by the concerned department.
