It appears from Annexure P3 (p.15) to the writ petition that the petitioner has made a representation on November 26, before the Sales Tax Officer, Bhawanipore Charge, Group-I, Kolkata for redressal of his grievance, details of which would appear from the said representation.

It is the grievance of the petitioner that the said representation is still pending and has not yet been disposed of.

Considering the submission of the parties, this writ petition being WPA No.7278 of 2022 is disposed of by directing the Sales Tax Officer, Bhawanipore Charge, GroupI, Kolkata to consider and dispose of the petitioner's representation dated November 26, 2019 in accordance with law and by passing a reasoned and speaking order, within four weeks from the date of communication of this order. The respondent concerned shall communicate his decision

to the petitioner within two weeks from the date of passing such order on the aforesaid representation.
