The application is for correction of the case number in the cause title of CRM No. 4686 of 2020 which was allowed by an order dated July 7, 2020. The appropriate case number would be Tehatta Police Station Case No. 224 of 2020 dated June 16, 2020 and not Tehatta Police Station Case No. 220 of 2020 as was incorrectly indicated in the cause-title earlier.

The order dated July 7, 2020 be corrected to the extent of the figure 220 being changed to 224.

CRAN 1 of 2020 and CRAN 2 of 2020 in CRM No. 4686 of 2020 stand disposed of.
