This application under Article 227 of the Constitution of India is at the instance of Syama Prasad Mookerjee Port, Kolkata, praying for a direction upon the learned Additional District Judge, Fast Track Court-I, Howrah, to dispose of the Misc. Appeal No.11 of 2008 expeditiously.

Mr. Nag, learned Advocate appearing for the petitioner, submits that the appeal is otherwise ready for hearing and the petitioner has instructions not to press the application for vacating which is pending before the First Appellate Court.

In the light of the submissions made by the learned Advocate for the petitioner, CO/1183/2025 is disposed of by requesting the learned Additional District Judge, Fast Track Court-I, Howrah to take up the hearing of the appeal on the next date fixed i.e. 3rd of July, 2025 and to make an endeavour to

dispose of the same as expeditiously as possible without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties keeping in mind the order dated 14th of May, 2025, passed by this Court in a batch of civil revisional applications, the lead case being CO/1167/2024 (Syama Prasad Mookerjee Port, Kolkata v. Bhagirath Kejriwal & Ors.).
