After some arguments, the Court pointed out that the writ petition has been filed solely based upon some reports in the social media without the petitioner undertaking any research work on the issue and this Court was not inclined to entertain the writ petition. At that juncture, learned Advoate appearing for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this writ petition and pursue the matter before the appropriate authorities.

Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.

There shall be no order as to costs.
