It appears from the report that one complaint was investigated into and charge sheet filed. The other complaint resulted in a prosecution under Section 107 of the Criminal Procedure Code being filed.

In such circumstances, the police taking steps as noted above, further interference by Writ Court is not called for.

WPA 8696 of 2021 is disposed of accordingly without any order as to costs.
