This is an application of 2017. The instant application has been filed by the petitioner under Section 482 of the Criminal Procedure Code seeking quashing of FIR 604 dated 03.10.2016 in connection with Karaya police station case no. 604/2016 under Section 408 of the Indian Penal Code pending before the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Alipore, South 24 Parganas.

However, no one represented on earlier occasion on behalf of the petitioner. No accommodation sought for. Accordingly, the instant revisional application being CRR 932 of 2017 is dismissed for default.

Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
