Re : W.P.C.R.C. 170 of 2022 Let the contempt application being W.P.C.R.C. 170 of 2022 be taken up on consent of the parties. Counsel appearing on behalf of the alleged contemnor submits that the order dated September 3, 2020, against which the contempt application has been filed, has been complied with in its entirety.

Counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner agrees to the same.

In light of the above submission, no further order need be passed in the contempt proceeding.

Accordingly, the contempt petition is disposed of. Rule is discharged. Personal appearance of the alleged contemnor is dispensed with.
