Chief Judicial Magistrate, Uluberia, Howrah . However, no one represented for the petitioner on call. No adjournment has been sought for.

Accordingly, the matter is dismissed for default. Interim order, if any stands vacated. Consequently CRAN 2 of 2017 (old No. CRAN 4056 of 2017 is, thus, disposed of.
