It is submitted on behalf of the respondents that they do not intend to file affidavit in opposition in this matter. The petitioner and the private respondents are cosharers in respect of the plot in question. The petitioner alleges that under 8Banglar Bari (Gramin)9 Scheme, the 9th respondent is raising construction though she does not own any land. The petitioner submitted a representation before the concerned authority in this regard on 24th February, 2025 and seeks consideration of the same.

Upon consideration of the submission made on behalf of the parties, this Court directs the Block Development Officer, Bagnan-I being the 6th respondent herein, to consider and dispose of the representation submitted by the petitioner dated 24th February, 2025 within six weeks from the date of communication of this order upon granting reasonable opportunity of hearing to all concerned including the petitioner and the private respondents/their authorised representatives, in accordance with law.

The parties shall be at liberty to produce all relevant documents in support of their contention before the concerned authority at the time of hearing.

The decision taken by the authority shall be communicated to the parties within a week thereof. The writ petition is disposed of.

There shall be no order as to costs.

Since no affidavit has been invited, allegations contained in the writ petition shall be deemed not to have been admitted.

Urgent certified website copy of the order, if applied for, be given to the parties on compliance of requisite formalities.
