1. Petitioner prays the condition of bail, that is, to obtain prior leave of the trial court before leaving the territorial limits of Kolkata or Delhi be waived. She contends she is ready and willing to intimate the Investigating Officer when she leaves the territorial limits of the said cities.

2. Learned lawyer for the State contends petitioner may not be permitted to go abroad without the leave of the Court.

3. We have considered the submissions at the bar. There shall be adequate supervision on the movement of the petitioner, if she is required to inform the Investigating Officer prior to leaving the territorial limits of Kolkata or Delhi. Further leave of the Court is not necessary.

4. Accordingly, the condition of bail is modified to the aforesaid extent. In the event, the petitioner chooses to go abroad, she shall be required to obtain leave of the trial court.
