Mr. Rudradipta Nandy, appears on behalf of the State as instructed by the legal remembrancer and his presence is noted. The Report submitted by the learned District Judge, FTC-1, Kalyani, Nadia stated that the present petitioners have been acquitted by an order dated 11.07.2008 corresponding to G.R. Case No. 667/2007 in connection with Chakdaha Police Station Case No. 326/2007 dated 08.09.2007 under Section 392/397/421 of the Indian Penal Code. The Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nadia vide a communication dated 30th May, 2023 forwarded the report of the Seal Bailiff Sub Divisional Court Kalyani, Nadia stating that the petitioner No. 1 has expired on 22nd February, 2014 supported by a copy of the death certificate. The said report be kept on record. Under such circumstances, the instant revisional application has become infructuous and disposed of accordingly. Copy of the order be sent to the trial court for necessary information.
