3. Learned counsel for the parties submit that the writ petition has become infructuous in view of the cause of action, that is, the deactivation of the petitioner's Director Identification Number (DIN), which was challenged in the present writ petition, having already spent its force.

4. Accordingly, WPA No. 5686 of 2020 is dismissed of as infructuous.

5. Connected pending application, if any, is also disposed of.

6. Interim order, if any, stands automatically vacated.

7. There will be no order as to costs.
