3. It is submitted by learned counsel for the Registrar of Companies that the writ petition has become infructuous. The deactivation of the petitioner's Director Identification Number (DIN), which was challenged in the present writ petition, has already spent its force and as such, the writ petition be disposed of as infructuous.
4. Keeping on record the submission of the Registrar of Companies, WPA No. 5689 of 2020 is disposed of as infructuous.
5. Connected pending application, if any, is also disposed of.
6. Interim order, if any, stands automatically vacated.
7. There will be no order as to costs.
