The Officer-in-Charge, Beniapukur Police Station is present in Court.

It is submitted that the accused has surrendered and has been enlarged on bail.

It is expected that the accused shall cause appearance before the 14th Metropolitan Magistrate, Kolkata on each date in CS 68753 of 2018.

It is made absolutely clear that in default of any appearance before the Court below, the Beniapukur Police shall take the accused into custody and he shall not be granted bail in the near future.

The personal presence of the Officer-in-Charge, Beniapukur Police Station is dispensed with.

With the aforesaid directions, the writ petition shall stand disposed of.
