The revisional application do not enclose the said order dated 02-122023, although a subsequent order dated 30-01-2024 has been enclosed. Date has been fixed for evidence in the present case.

Having regard to the conduct of the present petitioner, I am not inclined to interfere with the prayer so advanced With the aforesaid observations, the revisional application being CRR 1227 of 2024 is dismissed. .
