Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that although a complaint was filed under Section 138 of the N.I. Act in December, 2024, learned trial court on 13.01.2025 fixed the next date on 26.08.2025 for S.R. It appears that on that particular date the presiding officer was on leave.

In view of the facts that the complaint was filed in December, 2024 and long dates are being fixed, the revisional application is disposed of by requesting the learned trial court to conclude the proceeding in accordance with law and as expeditiously as possible by taking into consideration the statutory stipulations contained in the N.I. Act for such expeditious hearing. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties upon compliance of all requisite formalities.
