Learned advocate for the petitioners submits that subsequent to the grant of anticipatory bail, the petitioners obtained regular bail. The petitioners are complying with the conditions of grant of bail. He submits that charge sheet in the case was submitted. Petitioners seek relaxation with regard to visit to the investigating officer once in a month.
Learned advocate for the State submits that the petitioners are complying with the conditions of bail imposed upon them. Since police submitted charge sheet, we are of the opinion that the conditions of anticipatory bail imposed upon the petitioners to meet the Investigating Officer once in a month is waived. The petitioners need not meet the Investigating Officer unless called for by the Investigating Officer.
Other conditions of bail imposed upon the petitioners shall continue.
Accordingly, the applications for relaxation of conditions of bail being CRAN 2 of 2020 (Old CRAN 4198/2020) is disposed of. CRAN 3 of 2020 (Old CRAN 4199/2020) is disposed of. (Subhasis Dasgupta, J.) (Debangsu Basak, J.)
