For the State The petitioners' grievance is that they have been occupying the land in question since1970 as refugees, but patta with regard to the same has not been granted to them till date.

The petitioners submitted a representation before respondent No. 6 to that effect on 18th September, 2020 which is yet to be considered. The petitioners pray for consideration of the said representation at an early date.

Having considered the submissions made on behalf of the parties and material on record, I dispose of the writ petition with a direction upon respondent No. 6 to consider and dispose of the representation filed by the petitioners on 18th September, 2020 within a period

of three months from the date of communication of this order, after granting reasonable opportunity of hearing to the affected parties including the petitioners, in accordance with law. The order passed by respondent No. 6 should be communicated to the petitioners within a period of one week thereafter.

W.P.A. 8708 of 2021 is disposed of.

There shall be no order as to costs.

Since no affidavit has been invited, allegations contained in the writ petition shall be deemed not to have been admitted.

Urgent certified website copy of the order, if applied for, be given to the parties on compliance of requisite formalities.
