As the petitioner's name is already appearing in the counseling list, accordingly, no further order is required to be passed in the instant writ application. The petitioner shall participate in the counseling process on 15th May, 2022 and necessary steps shall be taken in the matter strictly in accordance with law. The writ petition stands disposed of.
