It is reported by the Record Examiner that in the exhibit list the signature of P.W. 5 in the seizure list dated 6th August, 2013 is shown as exhibit 3. However, in the seizure list itself the said signature of P.W. 5 has been marked as exhibit 2/1. In view of such discrepancy between the exhibit list and the exhibited document, the Department has submitted this record for necessary order.

The defect seems to be absolutely clerical in the nature and accordingly, it need not be rectified. The Department is directed to prepare the paper book as per the Lower Court Record as it has been received by this Court. ( Bibek Chaudhuri, J. )
