The reasoned order dated 27th August, 2024 by the Secretary, West Bengal Board of Primary Education has been placed before this Court. It appears therefrom that the Secretary admitted the misevaluation of the TET, 2014 score of the petitioner. The Board is in favour of inviting the petitioner for the 4th phase State Level Counselling.

Learned advocate representing the Board submits that the 4th phase of counselling is yet to take place.

The Secretary of the Board is directed to consider the case of the petitioner in the 4th phase of counselling without any further delay.

The writ petition stands disposed of.
