None appears on behalf of the respondents.

Petitioner is aggrieved against the action of sitting over the representations/reply of the petitioner dated 18th September, 2020 and 6th October, 2020 before the respondent authorities concerned. Petitioner makes a very simple prayer for direction upon the respondents concerned to consider and dispose of the aforesaid representations.

Considering the submission of the petitioner, this writ petition is disposed of by directing the Deputy Commissioner, Sales Tax(GST), Shibpur Charge, the respondent No.6 to consider and dispose of the aforesaid representations/reply being Annexures P-3 and P-4 to the writ petition, in accordance with law and by passing a reasoned and speaking order after

giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner or its authorised representative, within six weeks from the date of communication of this order and to communicate his decision to the petitioner within two weeks thereafter.

Let it be recorded that this court has not gone into the merits of the case. The respondent No.6 is to consider the case of the petitioner strictly in accordance with law.

WPA 8717 of 2021 is disposed of.
