1. From the record, it appears that this revisional application is pending since 2016.

2. By the order dated 18.03.2016 stay of proceeding was granted and that was further extended on 29.04.2016 for two weeks after vacation. Since then on none appears on behalf of the petitioner, even affidavit of service has never been filed in compliance with the order dated 18.03.2016.

3. In the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the instant revisional application stands dismissed for default.

4. Pending applications, if any, also stand dismissed for default.

5. Interim order granted by this court dated 18.03.2016 stands vacated.

6. Department is directed to communicate this order to the learned Trial Court.
