Due to inadvertent mistake, conducting lawyer's name has not been appeared in the Judgment dated 24.06.2025. Accordingly, the name of advocate, Mr. Angshuman Chakraborty, be incorporated in the causetitle of the appearance portion of the judgment, who appeared for the petitioner. In the beginning of paragraph nos. 3, 4 and 5, the name of Mr. Saha, learned counsel, shall be deleted and in its place Mr. Angshuman Chakraborty, learned counsel, shall be inserted.

Let the said correction be incorporated and be made part of the judgment dated 24th June, 2025 and other portions of the said judgment shall remain unaltered.
