We have considered the materials on record. Bail prayer of the petitioner was rejected in November, 2022. Coaccused Sakib @ Sk. Sakib was enlarged on bail on the ground that his fingerprint did not match with the chance fingerprint recovered from the spot. He does not stand on the same footing with the petitioner. Under such circumstances and in view of gravity of the offence we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

The application for bail is, thus, rejected.
