Bail prayer of the petitioner was rejected earlier on merits. Vulnerable witness is yet to be examined. Medical reports of the petitioner placed before us are not contemporaneous. They do not reflect on the present health status of the petitioner. Under such circumstances, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage.

Accordingly, prayer for bail is rejected.
