And In Re: Anuradha Sureka Petitioner Mrs. Purnima Ghosh For the State Records reveal that the application, being CRAN 1 of 2020 (Old CRAN 2902 of 2020), has already been disposed of on 2nd July, 2020. The application, being CRAN 3 of 2020, has been preferred praying for hearing via video conference. The said application, being CRAN 3 of 2020, is allowed and the application, being CRAN 2 of 2020, is taken up for hearing.

In the said application, being CRAN 2 of 2020, the petitioner has prayed for relaxation of the conditions of anticipatory bail, as incorporated in the order dated 2nd July, 2020 passed in CRM 4706 of 2020.

From the materials on record, it appears that after grant of anticipatory bail, the petitioner duly met with the Investigating Officer, as directed. Upon completion of investigation, the charge sheet has also been filed. The petitioner also surrendered before the learned Court below and obtained regular bail. The report, as filed on behalf of the State, be kept on record.

In the said conspectus, the condition, as incorporated in the order dated 2nd July, 2020, to the effect that "the petitioner shall meet with the Investigating Officer once in a week until further orders", is waived.

The application being CRAN 2 of 2020 is, accordingly, disposed of.
