Drawing my attention to page 15 of the writ petition, it is submitted by the learned Advocate for the petitioner that he is entitled to compensation from respondent no. 2 with regard to acquisition of a portion of the property occupied by him.

Representation to that effect is pending before respondent no. 2.

Having considered the submissions made by the parties as well as material on record, I dispose of the writ petition with a direction upon respondent no. 2 to consider and dispose of the representation submitted by the petitioner within a period of one month from the date of communication of this order after giving an opportunity of hearing to the affected parties including the petitioner.

WPA 8724 of 2021 is disposed of accordingly.

There will be no order as to costs.
