The victim left behind a suicide note claiming that, her husband, younger son and daughter-in-law provoked her to commit suicide.

There is a statement of the neighbour recorded under Section 161 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, which implicates the petitioners.

In such circumstances, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

Accordingly, prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners is rejected and the application being CRM (A) 1375 of 2023 is dismissed.
