The petitioner complains of police inaction.

Learned advocate appearing for the State submits that, there are matrimonial disputes between the petitioner and his wife, the private respondent no.4. The complaint of the wife was enquired into by the police, which resulted in a charge sheet. The complaint of the petitioner dated 18.03.2021 was enquired into and a prosecution under Sections 107/116 of the Code of Criminal Procedure was submitted.

In such circumstances, the police having taken steps on the basis of the complaint lodged, no further interference is called for by the writ court. WPA No.8723 of 2021 is disposed of, accordingly.
