1. Mr. Anindya Bose, learned Advocate for the petitioner submits that pursuant to orders passed by this Court on 17th February, 2023 and 20th July, 2023, the OSD & Ex. Officio Director of Madrasah Education, Government of West Bengal on 11th August, 2023 has passed order rejecting the prayer of the petitioner seeking to join as Superintendent in Shirshi I.M. Senior Madrasah, Uttar Dinajpur. The petitioner intends to withdraw this writ petition with liberty to file afresh in order to challenge the order dated 11th August, 2023.

2. Learned Advocate for the respondents leave the matter to the discretion of this Court.

3. In view of the above submission advanced on behalf of the petitioner, the writ petition being W.P.A. 7318 of 2022 stands dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file afresh.

4. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.

5. All connected applications, if any, stand disposed of.

6. Urgent photostat certified copy of the order, if applied for, be given to the parties on compliance of all necessary legal formalities.
