We have considered the materials on record. Statement of the victim lady at page no. 70 of the case diary implicates the petitioner and his family members in administration of poison. Bail prayer of the petitioner was rejected earlier on merits. Under such circumstances, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

The application for bail is, thus, rejected.

Trial court is directed to expedite the trial and conclude the same at an early date without granting unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties.
