The private respondents are resisting such construction. However, inspite of informing the police authorities, no steps have been taken.

State has submitted a report which reflects that the private respondents filed a title suit being TS 92 of 2025 before the learned Civil Judge (Jr. Divn.), Ranaghat, Nadia.

The police authorities apprehend that there may be breach of peace and tranquility, as such, they have drawn up a

proceeding under Section 135 of the BNSS. Consequently, the police authorities, at the relevant point of time, have adhered to the provisions of law and taken steps.

Having considered the submissions advanced by the parties, it is directed that, in case, there are violation of any law and order, the police authorities would oversee that the same is not blown out of the proportion.

With the aforesaid observations, WPA 7754 of 2025 is disposed of.

Pending application(s), if any, is also disposed of.

Report so submitted be kept with the record. A copy of the report be handed over to the petitioner.
